A Geosential CRM virtual assistant is a trained remote team member who runs the daily work inside your Geosential account so your farming does not stall. That means keeping contact records clean, preparing postcard campaigns, maintaining automations and following up with people who respond.

We are AssistantStead, a virtual assistant company for US real estate agents, teams and brokerages. Our delivery team works remotely, and Geosential is one of the platforms we manage.

What is Geosential?

According to Geosential’s site, it is an all-in-one platform for real estate agents focused on geographic farming, direct mail and past-client retention. The site says it bundles printed postcards, automated follow-up, a CRM and marketing tools into one system, in two tiers named Geosential PRO and Geosential LITE.

Geosential’s pages describe, among other things:

  • Printed postcards, with the site listing 4×6 and 8.5×5.5 sizes, and a library of editable Canva templates.
  • Smart QR codes that, per the site, notify you by text when someone scans and connect the scan to your CRM.
  • Landing pages, opt-in forms and other lead magnet tools.
  • Automated buyer and seller follow-up sequences.
  • Past-client touches such as birthdays and home anniversaries, review requests and a gifting system.
  • A phone and SMS system, and a single inbox for messages.

Geosential’s site also says it works alongside Follow Up Boss, LionDesk and kvCORE. Plans, inclusions and limits change, so check Geosential for current details before you decide.

What a VA can run in your Geosential account

Everything below is work inside a feature Geosential’s own pages describe. Exact menus and limits are in Geosential’s account, so we confirm them there.

  • Contact records. Entering and correcting names, addresses and phone numbers, so mail goes to the right door and follow-up reaches the right person.
  • Postcard campaigns. Preparing the mailing list, choosing and editing a template, and launching the campaign for your approval.
  • QR scan follow-up. Watching for scan notifications and contacting the people who respond, with notes passed to you.
  • Automations. Maintaining buyer, seller and past-client follow-up so the right people receive the right sequence.
  • Past-client touches. Keeping dates and contact details current for the anniversary, birthday and review touches Geosential supports.
  • Landing pages and forms. Updating the lead magnet pages that feed your database.
  • Follow-up tasks. Calling, texting and emailing responders and logging what happened.

Tagging and list segmentation are part of how we organize any CRM. Because we did not find them described on Geosential’s public pages, we confirm the exact tools in your account rather than assume them.

How it works with us

  1. Free consult. We learn your farm area, your current mail and follow-up, and what you want off your plate.
  2. Account review. We look at your contacts, automations and templates, and tell you what to fix first.
  3. Scope and approval rules. We agree what we handle, what needs your sign-off, such as sending a mailing, and how fast we respond.
  4. Build and run. We clean the records, set up or correct campaigns and automations, then handle follow-up on a regular schedule.
  5. Check-ins. We show you what went out, who responded and what is stuck.

Our experience with Geosential

We manage Geosential for Tammy Theis, a client in Augusta, Georgia. Our team learned postcards and automations in Geosential directly from the Geosential team. We have not published a full write-up of this work yet, and we do not share results or numbers for it. Her Lofty work is described on her case study page.

We are not describing a partnership or certification, and we do not claim one.

Geosential alongside another CRM

Many agents run more than one system. If you use Geosential for farming and mail and another CRM for your pipeline, the risk is two versions of the same contact. We agree early which system holds the master record. For the wider picture, see our CRM management service and the other platforms we work in.

What it costs

We do not publish a price, because it depends on scope: contact volume, how many campaigns you run, and whether you want daily follow-up or upkeep only. A free consult gives you a clear number. Your Geosential membership is a separate cost set by Geosential.

Who this is for

  • Agents who farm a defined neighborhood and want mail, records and follow-up kept consistent.
  • Agents who bought Geosential and are not using all of it.
  • Teams that want someone to answer QR scans and responses quickly.

Who it is not for

  • Agents who want a guaranteed number of leads or listings. Nobody can promise that, and we do not.
  • Anyone who needs door knocking, open houses or listing presentations. Those need you.
  • Agents who have not chosen a farm area yet. Start by reading our Geosential setup checklist.

To see how the work is divided, read what a Geosential virtual assistant can manage, then book a free consult and we will tell you plainly what we would take on.
